  When we got to the spa, unfortunately they told us that the receptionist made a mistake and booked it for the next day. Maybe they should communicate more between them, but we had no problem and waited until next morning.

  Also, kids younger than 14 couldn't visit the thermal baths during the week. Only on Saturday morning for one hour, and you have to pay extra (25€ / kid).

  We stayed there for a night for our anniversary and it was lovely. You get to relax so much I almost fell asleep inside the pool!

  The room was lovely, decorated in a very rustic style. It was kind of a chalet.

  Not so kid-friendly though. The "kid's club" was converted into an office. We have heard that there is a person who plays with the kids during the weekends.

  Nice rooms and pretty location. Food at the restaurant is amazing. Parking could be better though. Needs more space and poor signage. Needs a small convenience store as you can only buy drinks from the bar. Also needs tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also missing sunbrellas by the pool.

  When we got there, a man walked us to the room and explained us all the hotel's history and details. I have to say that the man didn't know a lot about it, it just looked like he was making stuff up. Nevertheless, we appreciated the help. In the hotel reception they offered us a glass of champagne, and also told us we had the breakfast included though we didn't book it. They booked for us the shift for the spa for that night.

  The receptionist also forgot to warn us that we had to book a shift for the hotel restaurant, which almost left us with no dinner at all. I know it is obvious that you have to book it, but taking into account that we were in the middle of the mountain with no restaurants close by at all, it would make sense to tell the guests that they have to book it when they check in.
